Please let me know as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged (or if there was an error). If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please let me know and I will gladly refund or exchange it within 14 days of arrival. But unfortunately, shipping and any other charges incurred whilst sending the item back will not be refunded or paid for.

All A4 and A3 items will be sealed in a plastic sleeve and will be mailed in a rigid mailing envelope within 1- 4 days of purchase.

Large prints will be rolled in tissue paper and mailed out in a rigid tube. Preorders will be mailed out in 2-3 weeks of purchase
